- Managing contracts, risk and dispute avoidance
- Leading procurement strategy and subcontractor negotiation
- Reporting the commercial picture to senior management
What's needed
- Senior commercial or contracts experience in construction
- Strong grasp of the main forms of contract
- The judgement to manage risk and negotiate well
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or major-project experience
- A team-leadership track record
- Relevant professional qualification
