The work
- Developing and maintaining the construction programme
- Modelling sequences, logic and critical path
- Tracking progress and reporting against baseline
- Supporting bids and delay analysis where needed
What's needed
- Construction planning experience
- Competence in the main planning tools (e.g. P6, Asta)
- A grasp of construction sequencing and logic
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or major-project planning experience
- Delay and forensic planning exposure
- A construction or engineering background
