The work
- Owning delivery of the project against programme and budget
- Managing subcontractors, procurement and site quality
- Running the client and design-team interface
- Driving the project through to completion and handover
What's needed
- A track record delivering construction projects end to end
- Programme and commercial control, not just site coordination
- A valid site ticket (SMSTS) and the standing to lead a team
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or critical-infrastructure experience
- Experience across a range of sectors or contract forms
- A relevant qualification, though delivery record matters more
