- Operating and maintaining critical M&E plant in a live facility
- Running planned maintenance and responding to faults under pressure
- Following method statements and permit-to-work discipline
- Escalating and reporting incidents clearly
What's needed
- M&E maintenance experience in a live operational environment
- Understanding of critical power and cooling systems
- The discipline to work safely around uptime-critical plant
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre, hospital or other 24/7 critical-environment background
- HV authorisation or switching experience
- Shift-working experience
