- Controlling design change and its commercial impact
What's needed
- Design management experience on live construction projects
- Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and hold a programme
- A technical grasp strong enough to challenge consultants
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or complex M&E-led project experience
- BIM coordination background
- A design or engineering qualification
