Running the electrical package on a live build, from procurement through installation to handover. You own delivery, not just the paperwork.
The work
- Managing the electrical works on site: programme, subcontractors, quality, and the client interface
- Holding the package to time and budget, and flagging early when it won't hold
- Coordinating with the mechanical side and the wider construction programme
- Taking it through commissioning and handover
What's needed
- A track record delivering electrical packages on commercial or industrial projects
- Comfort managing subcontractors and holding a programme
- A valid site ticket (SMSTS or equivalent) and an electrical background you can stand behind
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or critical-environment experience
- HV exposure alongside LV
- A relevant qualification (HNC/HND/degree), though what you've delivered matters more
