What's needed
- Estimating experience on construction projects
- Ability to read drawings and produce accurate take-offs
- A methodical, commercially aware approach
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or large-project estimating experience
- Estimating software familiarity
- A trade or site background behind the numbers
