The work
- Producing M&E designs and calculations across a project's stages
- Coordinating services with structure and architecture
- Selecting plant and equipment and sizing systems
- Supporting the site team through installation queries
What's needed
- Building services design experience across mechanical or electrical (or both)
- Working knowledge of the relevant standards and calculation methods
- Competence in the usual design and modelling tools
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or mission-critical design experience
- Revit / BIM coordination at a detailed level
- Chartership or progress toward it (IEng/CEng)
