- Managing the commercial position on M&E packages
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procuring and managing subcontractors commercially
- Reporting cost and value against budget
What's needed
- Quantity surveying experience on M&E or building services packages
- Comfort with valuations, variations and subcontract accounts
- A commercial head and clear reporting
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or large-scale M&E project experience
- Relevant qualification (RICS or working toward it)
- Experience across a range of forms of contract
