- Running inspections, audits and toolbox talks
- Investigating incidents and closing out actions
- Keeping the project compliant and the culture right
What's needed
- SHEQ or H&S management experience in construction
- NEBOSH (or equivalent) and relevant memberships
- The credibility to hold the line with site teams
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or critical-environment experience
- Environmental and quality management alongside safety
- Experience embedding culture, not just policing it
