The work
- Managing daily site operations and subcontractors
- Owning site safety, quality and progress
- Coordinating trades and sequencing the work
- Reporting progress and issues up to the project team
What's needed
- Site management experience delivering real work on the ground
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or equivalent)
- The presence to run a site and hold standards
Helpful, not essential
- Data centre or critical-environment site experience
- Fit-out or M&E-heavy project background
- Experience managing a busy multi-trade programme
